Overview
LQT485M temperature transmitter module is suitable for up to ten kinds of thermocouple and thermal resistance signal transmission. The LQT485M adopts perfect electrical isolation, which can reduce the damage and interference of the high current signal on the RS485 bus to the equipment. The product uses a 24-bit Σ-Δ analog front end to ensure high accuracy of measurement; perfect anti-surge, anti-lightning and anti-reverse design to avoid misinstallation and misoperation in engineering applications; enhanced software safety design, including low-voltage monitoring reset, multi-task scheduling optimization and other functions. LQT485M all use imported components to ensure long service life and stability.

In the bottom view of the circuit board, two diagonal positioning studs are used to fix the circuit board on the aluminum shell of the transmitter, and the thermal resistance and thermocouple are connected according to the above figure or the schematic diagram on the circuit board respectively.

Instructions for Use and Warranty
a) The instrument is suitable for storage and use when the ambient temperature is -30 ℃-80 ℃ and the humidity is less than 80%;
B) When the instrument is connected to the power supply, it shall be operated according to the wiring mode in the third section, and the power supply can be switched on for operation after confirming that the operation is correct.
