Product Description
WRNT Armored Nickel Chromium-Nickel Silicon Blowing Thermocouple
Armored nickel-nickel-silicon thermocouple (blowing type) is a key temperature measuring instrument for a complete set of synthetic ammonia plants with an annual output of 300000 tons.
The structural principle of armored blowing thermocouple is to form a certain gas path between the armored thermocouple temperature sensing element and the outer protection tube. In the gas path, inert gas with a certain pressure is introduced to eliminate or reduce the penetration of reducing gas by the thermocouple under high temperature and high pressure conditions,
The addition of trace tantalum increases the suction characteristics of the blowing couple, thus prolonging the service life of the armored thermocouple.
Temperature measurement range: 800~1100 ℃
Blowing pressure:>1.03 x10'Pa
