TY-813 series single-product silicon pressure/differential pressure transmitter adopts single crystal silicon technology pressure sensor. The single crystal silicon pressure sensor is located at the top of the metal body, far away from the medium contact surface, realizing mechanical isolation and thermal isolation. The high-strength electrical insulation between the sensor lead and the metal substrate integrated with glass sintering improves the flexibility of electronic circuits and the ability to withstand transient voltage protection, and can cope with complex chemical occasions and mechanical loads, at the same time, it has strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability and is suitable for pressure measurement applications in harsh process industrial environments.
