Working principle
Micro pressure gauge mainly relies on the diaphragm as a sensing element to measure the pressure. The diaphragm is divided into two types, one is welded by two elastic metal diaphragms, and the other is welded to the base of a single diaphragm (called a single diaphragm). The outside of the diaphragm is welded with a connecting rod and connected to the gear movement. When the gas pressure is transmitted to the diaphragm, the wall of the diaphragm will deform and change with the change of pressure. This change is mechanically amplified by the connecting rod and the gear drive, and the pressure value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
