Flameproof contact pressure gauge is designed according to the national standard "electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres" Part 1: General Requirements Part 2: General Requirements Part 2: Flameproof "d" GB3836.2-2000 and industry standard: "Electrical contact pressure gauge" JB/T9273-1999, and the drawings and technical documents approved by the inspection agency formulated by the state.

Explosion-proof mark of flameproof electric contact pressure gauge: Exd Ⅱ CT6 (mark Ex, flameproof D, type Ⅱ C, temperature T group T6), suitable for explosive gas environment, measuring medium pressure with temperature lower than 70 ℃. And through the use of electrical signal devices and electrical devices with corresponding explosion-proof performance, the measured pressure to perform automatic control, alarm, signal remote transmission and other functions, protection grade IP65.


2. Instrument Structure and Explosion-proof Principle
The instrument is composed of a shell with flameproof structure and an electric contact pressure gauge. In the work, when the combustible mixture inside the case is exploded due to spark or arc (electrical signal device of contact pressure gauge) and other effects, it will not cause explosion of explosive gas outside the instrument, so as to achieve the purpose of explosion-proof.

3. use, maintenance and overhaul
1, instrument installation requirements: the ambient temperature is -40 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, the altitude is not higher than 2000M (air pressure 0.08~0.11MPa). The instrument shall be installed vertically and shall be kept in the same horizontal position as the measuring point.
2. After the electrical circuit of the instrument is properly connected, the pressing nut shall be tightened, and the test shall be carried out.
After the completion of the gauge electric line, screw the clamp nuts, take careful inspection and perform test run.
3. When measuring the stable pressure, the instrument can be used to the upper limit of 3/4; in the measurement of alternating pressure, the upper limit value is 2/3; the measurement of negative pressure is not subject to this limit.
4. When opening the outlet box or adjusting the upper and lower limit setting range, the power supply must be cut off first.
5. In the case of normal use, the instrument should be inspected regularly and carried out at least once every six months. If the instrument suddenly has a problem (spring tube due to leakage caused by leakage; contact welding or due to serious oxidation, the reliability of contact point through, broken; pointer loose or indication failure, etc.), it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
In the course of use, the instrument should always keep it dry and clean.
7. Whether the explosion-proof performance of the instrument is reliable or not mainly depends on the pressure strength of the flameproof enclosure and the quality of the flameproof surface. Therefore, in the process of installation, use and maintenance, be sure to pay attention to the flameproof surface, do not bump or scratch, especially when disassembling the junction box of the instrument or carrying out comprehensive maintenance. Painting is not allowed on the flameproof surface.








8. During maintenance, if the user is not clear about the basic knowledge of flameproof electrical equipment and does not know much about the structural characteristics and requirements of flameproof instruments, do not piece together or refit at will, otherwise it will damage the flameproof performance of the instrument. If necessary, the instrument can be returned to our factory for maintenance.
