1. The protective tube installed on the bimetal thermometer must be longer than the actual length of the temperature sensing element when it enters the medium during use.

2. When using the bimetal thermometer, the immersion length is generally controlled at 100mm. When the measurement temperature is in the range of 0-50C, the immersion length must be greater than 150mm. This is the only way to accurately measure the temperature.

3. bimetal thermometer in the storage process, whether in use or in transport, must avoid bumping, not bending or deformation.

4. For bimetal thermometers that are frequently used, performance inspections should be carried out regularly, preferably every six months.

5. Install the thread thermometer, you must use a wrench to turn the hexagonal part, it is strictly prohibited to turn the thermometer head by hand.

 

Operators of bimetallic thermometers must strictly follow the above methods during use.
