1. Pressure Transmitter Product Overview

The intelligent pressure transmitter is used to measure the liquid level, density and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into 4 ~ 20mA DC signal output. The intelligent pressure transmitter can communicate with the HART manipulator, through which it can be set, monitored or composed of a field monitoring system with the host computer. It is suitable for process control and pressure measurement in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, textile, building materials, hydrogeology, food, medicine, environmental control and other industries.

Working principle of 2. pressure transmitter

The process pressure of the capacitive pressure transmitter is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm of the δ chamber through the isolation diaphragm and filling liquid on both sides or one side. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element, which produces corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference on both sides acting on it. Its displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, and the maximum displacement is about 0.1mm. This displacement transformation forms a differential capacitor on the capacitor plate, and the differential capacitor is converted into a two-wire 4~20mADC signal output by an electronic circuit.
