WSS-411B flameproof electric contact bimetal thermometers are designed and manufactured according to the national standard "electrical equipment for explosive gas environment" part 1: general requirements GB3836.1-2000, part 2: relevant regulations of flameproof "d" GB3836.2-2000 and the requirements of industry standard: "bimetal thermometer" JB/T8803-1998.

Explosion-proof mark of flameproof electric contact bimetal thermometer: EXdⅡ CT6 (mark Ex, flameproof d, category T6). It is suitable for temperature measurement of medium with temperature lower than -50 500 ℃ in explosive gas environment. And through the use of electrical signal devices and electrical devices with corresponding explosion-proof performance, the measured temperature is automatically controlled, alarm, signal remote transmission and other functions, case protection level: IP65.
2. Instrument Structure and Explosion-proof Principle
The instrument is composed of an outer shell of flameproof structure and a bimetallic thermometer with electric contacts. During operation, when the combustible mixture inside the case explodes due to spark or arc (caused by the electrical signal device of the bimetallic thermometer with electric contacts), it will not cause an explosion outside the instrument, so as to achieve the purpose of explosion-proof.
