Application
WSSF stainless steel 316 sanitary anti-corrosion bimetallic thermometer is a field measuring instrument for low and medium temperature. This thermometer can be installed by the chuck clamp, and is widely used in food-grade tanks such as beer cans. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas in the range of -80 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ in a variety of production processes.

Working principle
Bimetallic thermometers are based on the composition of a bimetallic strip wound into a toroidal curvature. When one end is heated and expanded, the pointer is driven to rotate, and the working instrument shows the corresponding temperature value.
