YTP-100 YTP-150 diaphragm pressure gauge
Diaphragm type series pressure gauge (with chemical seal), is composed of a different type of universal pressure gauge and a diaphragm isolation body. Connecting bodies with specific requirements can also be fitted between the universal pressure gauge and the diaphragm spacer. Through this kind of matching, the general-purpose pressure gauge increases the measurement performance of special corrosion requirements, high temperature, high viscosity or solid floating matter, easy solidification medium pressure. Diaphragm pressure gauge (with chemical seal) is widely used in petrochemical, alkali, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, steel, food and other industries to measure the pressure of fluid medium.
Structure principle
The working principle of the pressure gauge with chemical seal series is shown in the figure. The isolation diaphragm deforms under the action of the pressure P of the measured medium, compressing the working fluid filled inside to form a pressure P' equivalent to P '. Through the conduction of the working fluid, the free end of the elastic element in the pressure instrument is deformed accordingly, and the measured pressure value is displayed according to the working principle of the category pressure instrument matched with it.
Diaphragm pressure gauge sealing liquid level difference
When the pressure part of the pressure gauge and the general-purpose pressure gauge are in different positions during installation, the influence of the liquid level difference on the pressure should be considered (especially for the diaphragm meter connected by hose). as shown in Fig. (If the specific gravity of the sealing working fluid is substantially equal to 1, the pressure difference of 1m drop is about 0.01MPa.)
Temperature effect of diaphragm pressure gauge
Diaphragm pressure gauge the amount of influence of its temperature and sealing liquid expansion coefficient diaphragm stiffness and pressure part of the temperature. When the operating ambient temperature of the instrument deviates from 20+5 ℃, the maximum change rate of the indication value affected by the temperature shall not be greater than 0.1/℃, and the flexibility (remote connection type) shall not be greater than 0.1 + 0.025L%/℃(L-pressure transfer pipe length m). Diaphragm pressure gauge in the production should pay attention to according to the different use of the environment, select the appropriate sealing fluid.
Corrosion Resistance of Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
The corrosion resistance of the diaphragm pressure gauge manufactured by our company includes fully meeting the external environment of the customer and the internal environment (medium corrosion resistance). According to the requirements of the external environment, we can choose different types of pressure gauges produced by our company and the corresponding isolators for matching. For different corrosive measuring media, it can be ensured by selecting the corresponding anti-corrosion material diaphragm and anti-corrosion material isolation body parts.
