YTP-100 YTP-150 diaphragm pressure gauge

Diaphragm series pressure gauges (with chemical seals) are made from a different type of universal pressure gauge with a diaphragm isolator. Connecting bodies with specific requirements can also be fitted between the universal pressure gauge and the diaphragm spacer. Through this connection, the general-purpose pressure gauge, increase the measurement performance of special corrosion requirements, high temperature, viscosity or containing solid plankton, easy to solidify medium pressure measurement performance. Diaphragm pressure gauge (with chemical seal) is widely used in the petrochemical industry, alkali, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, iron and steel, food and other industries to measure fluid media pressure.
Structure principle

Effect of temperature on diaphragm pressure gauge
The influence of diaphragm pressure gauge's temperature is related to the expansion coefficient of sealing liquid and the diaphragm stiffness and the temperature of the pressure part. When the temperature of the instrument deviates from 20+5 ℃, the maximum change rate of the indication value affected by the temperature is not more than 0.1%/℃, and the flexibility (far-connected type) is not more than 0.1+0.025L%/℃(L-transfer tube length m). Diaphragm pressure gauges should pay attention to according to different use environments, choose suitable sealing fluid.
